Pintyplus Tech Sealer Spray
Pintyplus Tech sealer in spray is a rubber-based paint specially developed to seal and waterproof cracks, crevices, and leaks appearing on any support or material: metal, aluminum, PVC, masonry, brick, siding, fiberglass, windows, rain gutters, non-pressurized pipes, roofing felt and similar. It is easy to use, dries quickly, and can be repainted once the paint is dry.
In this tutorial, we show you the waterproofing paint we have built a small roof that we are going to pierce, and then we are going to seal so that you can see its application and effectiveness.

How to apply Pintyplus Tech Sealer
The surface to be painted must be dry, clean, and free of any dirt. Clean rust and scale, if any, with a wire brush. Remove grease stains with solvent.
Shake the can vigorously for 1 minute after hearing the mixing balls. Spray from a distance of 25/30 cm., apply thin and quick layers, first horizontally and then vertically. It is advisable to give two thin coats and not one thick to achieve even coverage and avoid paint dripping. Once finished, turn the can upside down and press until only gas comes out to clean the nozzle.
Apply several coats until the desired thickness is achieved, depending on the application.
- If the crack or crevice is small, you will need less product; if it is larger, you will need more quantity.
- Wait 5 minutes between coats.
- Apply coats until the crack is sealed; if the product is sagging due to accumulation, this will not affect the seal.
- We must wait until the paint is dry before repainting.
It is important whenever we want to reuse a spray, store it in the right conditions. This rubber-based paint has a great performance of 3m2, and we will use it to seal small cracks and crevices, so it is easy to imagine that we will be able to seal on several different occasions with the same bottle of Pintyplus Tech Sealant Spray.
To keep the bottle in perfect condition, you must invert it and press it until only gas comes out. In this way we ensure that we have cleaned the inner valve and avoid clogging of the paint in future uses.
